Tickets

The congress will take place in presence format over 4 days and begins with the Opening Ceremony & Welcome Reception on Tuesday evening, 8 July 2025. The official congress programme starts on 9 July 2025. The congress will be introduced with the Pre-Congress on 8 July 2025. Please note that the Pre-Congress requires a separate registration and is not included in the Congress ticket.

Registration is exclusively digital – admission is not possible without a valid eTicket. In order to benefit from reduced congress registration fees, it is essential that members have paid the 2025 EPNS membership fee, reduced professional groups need a confirmation.

Pre-Congress

The Pre-Congress will take place on 8 July 2025 in the Auditorium at Brainlab, Olof-Palme-Straße 9, 81829 Munich. The day ticket for the Pre-Congress as part of the 16th EPNS Congress entitles you to participate on 8 July 2025 including refreshments during breaks and certification; congress registration is also required. Contingent for participation is limited.

If required, registration takes place as part of the online registration process. Admission will not be granted without a valid eTicket.

Fees

The congress fee includes: Admisson to all scientific sessions of the congress programme, access to the commercial exhibition, delegate’s badge, coffee/refreshments and lunch during official breaks, attendance to the Opening session & Welcome Reception (8 July 2025).

A separate fee is applicable for the Pre-Congress and the Networking Events.

Please note: The early bird rate is valid from 18 March 2025, CET up to and including 23 June 2025, 23:59 CET. From 24 June 2025, 00:00 CET the regular rate applies. The e-ticket with access data will be sent out via e-mail one week before the congress.

¹ In order to benefit from reduced congress registration fees, it is essential that you have paid your 2025 EPNS membership fee.

CME Certification

The EPNS Congress was awarded a total of 23 points by the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME®). The Bayerische Landesärztekammer (BLAEK) awards a total of 18 points in category B.

Membership

The European Paediatric Neurology Society is a thriving and growing society of more than 2,000 health professionals, scientists, and students with a clinical or research interest in Paediatric Neurology. The society promotes training, best practice in clinical care and research and lobbies for children with neurological disorders at a European level.

Members benefit from various services including a reduced registration fee for the biennial congress.

In order to benefit from reduced congress registration fees, it is essential that you have paid your 2025 EPNS membership fee. Please refer to the EPNS Office info@epns.info for information and processing the payment.

Terms

Cancellation

Cancellation of participation is generally excluded. An optional cancellation fee (20% of the participation fee for the early bird rate, 25% of the participation fee for the regular rate) can be booked as part of the online registration process. This allows cancellation up to and including 07.07.2025. The difference will be refunded less the cancellation option.
